I’m so happy you're here! I’m deeply passionate about being a Licensed Holistic Esthetician and Massage Therapist with 19 years of experience. My commitment to our collective healing is within my approach to understanding the deeply rooted connection of mind-body-spirit within and around us.
I received my esthetician license in 2006 after attending the Aveda Institute in Seattle. Soon after I started my massage training at Cortiva Institute and became licensed in 2010. I am a Vodder Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist, as well as a John F Barnes Method Myofascial Release Therapist. I am an Energy Healer and I'm living within my soul's purpose to be an anchor of support for our collective healing. I understand and speak the flow of energy and frequency's and I have the ability to tune myself to a higher vibration to support your healing. I have a deep knowledge for holistic skin health and support my clients to better understand their skin barrier function to their healthiest, glowing skin. I am so passionate about supporting people to feeling better in their daily rhythms and to stop chasing pain. I believe we all have the innate ability to heal ourselves and when we gain a better understanding of how are bodies are functioning we can also awaken our truth and purpose.
I have been a small business owner for 15 years (I owned a salon/spa and nail salon in Seattle for many years!) and I’m deeply passionate about my footprint in the small biz community. I’m also the Co-Founder at Spruce Apothecary in West Seattle, and take clients there on Tuesdays! Find out more here - www.spruceapothecary.co
I have a deep love for Nature, Plants, Creatures, Land, Water, Earth, Moon and the Cosmos above. My offerings are often tethered to their rhythms and lessons, wisdom and blueprint for us all to understand and be deeply connected too. When I'm not nurturing you in the studio I spend most of my time (fully in my Taurus rhythms!) in the garden, hiking, being a mama, cooking and listening to music with my family.
