Where are you located?
The studio is located in Downtown Ellensburg in the newly remodeled Fitterer’s Building. My studio is on the second floor, suite 205. There is a main staircase for use to the 2nd floor or accessible elevator (which is located in the Sweet Spot on the first floor of the building)
Do you have a Cancellation Policy ?
I continue to navigate my wellness footprint with best intentions for the health and wellness within our collective community and my small business. You will receive a confirmation 24 hours prior to your appointment, this gives ample time if you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason. I do stand strong and tethered into my 24 hour cancellation policy and will charge a 50% cancellation fee if cancelled under the allotted 24 hour window. I do appreciate your understanding surrounding this policy.
Do you take Insurance for Massage / Lymphatic Drainage?
I am an out-of-network provider. But! I’ll happily send you a Superbill after your appointment so you can submit to your Insurance, HSA / FSA for reimbursement. You will have to pay for the service with me. If you haven’t this before, I suggest asking your Doctor, ARNP and/or Licensed Therapist to write you a script for massage therapy at your next visit with them. You can also call your insurance company to find out how many massage therapy sessions you are provided in your policy each year. It’s worth the phone call! So many of my clients had no idea they could have been getting reimbursed for massage therapy and manual lymphatic drainage to support their overall health and well-being.
